In some cases when we have to use an elevator and long walking distance it would make sense to do packing in one day and the move – on the next day. Sometimes more movers at a job site doesn’t make the move go proportionally faster because movers need enough space to pack boxes and protect furniture. For large 1-Bdrm and larger residencies moving locally and almost all offices we recommend to dedicate the first day for packing and do moving on the next day.
As for long distance moves, when it comes to looking for packers and movers we usually pack and load within 1-1.5 days and do delivery on the next day unless you need more time to get to Los Angeles, Orange Country, or San Diego, for instance.
